Review Meeting at Garner Varlik Designer dated 15th June 2018
On 15th June 2018, top management of Garner Varlik Designer met at Head office to review various business activities for the past one year and the future plans. At the back drop of Government of India initiative to add 500GW (5,00,000 MW) Renewable Energy up to 2030, which means 360GW Solar Energy and 140GW Wind Power, the meeting was held under the guidance of Mr.S.P.Mathai who is the Chief Advisor & Consultant for Garner Varlik Designer. The meeting was attended by the Mr.K.Krishna Murthy, CEO & Chief Consultant, Mr.K.Rangasai, Project Advisor & Consultant and other team members. The top management has reviewed the activities of last one year in the areas of Project Management & Consulting Engineers for Power, Steel, and Cement & Infra.
It has been decided that Garner Varlik Designer shall intensify its business activities for future in Renewable Energy, Stress Asset Management & Resolution of the same for prospective Projects. It was also resolved to enter into Solar Project Consultancy activities in India and Overseas, The working executives have been advised to pursue Tie-up with established players in Solar Projects in the areas of Technology, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management and Field Management in the coming year for future demand and for better edge in business development.
Since, Garner Varlik Designer has been registered with Government of India, with Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Industries, we are pursuing for the their consent to conduct more Training Programs for Human Resource Development. (UPDATE: We are pleased to report that as of 06/07/2018, we have received approval from the Ministry). Our objective is to interface our existing training programs with the Ministry programs for enhancing the development of knowledge and skills of the participants. Counseling and career guidance shall be integral part our training programs.
Our team members have been advised to gear up for larger role in Project Management & Consulting Engineering activities in the coming times, since large projects will be required to be handled both Technically & Commercially, which will be very challenging.
