Mr. Matthai has over 50 years of experience, with a close association of more than 4 decades with large Domestic Suppliers and OEMs, MNCs, EPC Companies and OEMs from Europe, Japan and Korea, and proven expertise in commercial and contractual matters, auditing and contract validation. He specializes in the selection of optimum technology and capacity configuration of Coal Fired and Gas Fired Thermal Power Stations.

He has previously worked in ABIR INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED, Hyderabad  as Director, Thermal and EPC Head; in LANCO Group of Industries as Executive Director for various projects; MANTECH SYNERGIES PVT. LTD. Chennai, as Director; TATA CONSULTING ENGINEERS, Bangalore, as In-charge – Business Development, among others.

Mr. Matthai obtained his Bachelor's of Engineering  from the University of Kerala in 1968.

Mr. K. Rangasai has more than 50 years of experience in the power, steel and sugar sectors. He has previously worked as the president of projects for the execution of 2 x 350 MW power plants, and earlier took care of 4 x 150MW power plant projects completed successfully. He has also executed the rehabilitation of a captive power plant for Mittal steel Anaba in Algeria. During his work at BHEL, he was well acquainted with quality control under manufacturing activities of power plant equipment. He has also attended troubleshooting activities at various power plants of capacities ranging from 1.5-350 MW.

Mr. Rangasai received his Bachelor's of Engineering from JNTU in 1976.

Mr. C. Alexander has more than 48 years of expertise in the power sector, where he specializes in the erection and maintenance of generators (up to 350 MW), transmission lines and transformers, motors and substations, and other electrical systems.

He previously worked as chief engineer at APGENCO, where he spent more than thirty years at Kothagudem Thermal Power Plant, Paloncha; and at Ind-Barath Infra (Power) Ltd.

Mr. C. Alexander received his B.Sc. and B.E. (Electrical) from Venkateswara University in 1970.

Mr. Lakshmipathi Raju previously worked in Ind-Barath Power Infra as Head of Department (Instrumentation)/General Manager. He also worked in Hindustan Fluorocarbons and Suchitra Electronics in the Instrumentation and Production division.

He possesses more than 34 years of exposure and experience in electronics and instrumentation, automation, production, process control and quality control, modification of plants, preventive and shutdown maintenance and breakdown maintenance. He is also a specialist in safety and fire protection systems. He has extensive exposure in the fields of power, electronics, bulk drugs and chemicals.

Mr. Raju received his B. E. (Electrical and Instrumentation) from Bangalore University in 1984.

Mr. Krishna Murthy is the founder and head of Garner Varlik Designer, having established the firm in 2014. He has 32 years of  experience in Cement, Power & Infrastructure etc., in India and abroad. He specializes in Project Conceptualization, Front End Engineering & Detailed Engineering and Overall Project Management & Financial Control,  as well as Coordination Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Coordination with various Inspection Agencies & Government Bodies and Vendor Selection & Contract Management. He has handled projects in the capacity of Vice President in various companies.

He is well known for his skills in engineering management, ergonomics, drawing and document control logging, as a financial controller, and in project coordination and decision making.

He has rich experience in Power Projects including Biomass / Bio Fuels, Gas, Thermal and others related Utilities, as well as Cement Projects (Cement Plants and related Mining Quarries).

Mr. Krishna Murthy received his B. E. (Mechanical) from Osmania University in  1987.

Mrs. K. Radhika is a co-founding member of Garner Varlik Designer.

She is a specialist in training and Human Resource Development, and also supervises office and administrative duties. She has more than thirty years of experience in the field of education and training as well as office administration and HRD in various positions.

Mrs. Radhika possesses an M. Com. as well as an M. Ed. degree.
